Marathon Venture Academy: MVA conducts field research

 As part of the "Sustainable Economics" expedition, MVA students will be conducting field research at Willow springs, VanDerGeest Farms, and the NTC Farm on Thursday.  Students will need to have permission slips signed and returned in order to attend.

Marathon Venture Academy: 8th Grade Portfolio Presentations

 8th grade portfolio presentations are scheduled for Tuesday, May 22, and Wednesday, May 23, from 3-5 p.m. in the MVA classrooms.  Students have been working extremely hard to prepare for these presentations. Marathon Venture Academy: Check Out the Authors of MVA!

Several essays, poems, drawings and photographs created by our very own MVA students were selected to be published on the "Teen Publishing Project" hosted by the Marathon County Public Library.  All work published on the site are eligible for publication in MCPL's annual "Pixels and Pages" magazine.

Marathon Venture Academy: Calendar Notification

MVA students will not have school Thursday, May 3 and Friday, Friday May 4 due to staff attending out of district meetings.  Elementary and high school students will be in session those days.

Marathon Venture Academy: 1.2.12: IPad Use

Recently there has been some concerns in regards appropriate Apps on student IPads.  Students are not to download Apps on their IPads; the Apps that are needed for school are loaded from the master computer at school. 
If there are Apps found on IPads that are not loaded from the master computer, the following steps will take place:
